Martin J. Rubin entered private practice at the age of
25. He has a general law practice and has practiced in the civil and criminal courts in the State of Texas since he received
his license on November 11, 1977. Mr. Rubin has handled these types of civil matters: real tax property tax cases from both
sides, worker's compensation cases, personal injury litigation, divorces, both contested and uncontested divorces and custody
cases and will contests. In the criminal arena he has handled felony drug cases, burglaries, sex crimes including public lewdness,
indecent exposure, prostitution, child abuse, juvenile cases, theft cases, driving while intoxicated and numerous other violations.
He is an experienced Dallas DWI lawyer, and has handled numerous criminal jury trials. In the class C misdemeanor area his
firm has handled DUI, minor in possession and consumption of alcohol, traffic tickets, housing violations, building code violations,
restaurant violations and fire code violations. He has been admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Texas, the
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States
Supreme Court.

in 1974 and his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1977.
