Martin J. Rubin entered private
practice at the age of 25. He has a general law practice and has practiced in the civil and criminal courts in the State of
Texas since he received his license on November 11, 1977. He has been admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Texas,
the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United
States Supreme Court.
Martin J. Rubin received
his Bachelor of Science degree from the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in 1974
and his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1977.
